From our family to yours, GA•RA is a collaborative and vibrant space that brings the rich traditions of Vietnamese coffee culture to Berkeley.
WHO WE ARE
GA•RA is an extension of our family's legacy, paying homage to our grandparents and parents. From selling chả lụa to starting a computer hardware company, generations of our family have relied on garages as homebases for their endeavors. Taking inspiration from these humble beginnings, GA•RA is our way of reconnecting with our heritage while also sharing Vietnamese culture and flavors with our community.
OUR BEANS
Proudly sourced from Vietnam, our beans feature high-quality robusta from our family farm and other local farmers in Đắk Mil and arabica from Cầu Đất. Our beans are roasted in small batches at our micro-roastery in Sacramento before making its way to Berkeley, giving us full control throughout the process!
